Dr. Betancourt graduated from Duke University Medical Center as a child and adolescent psychiatrist in 2014.
He is deeply devoted to provide high-quality and compassionate care. He has a particular interest in the interface between religion-spirituality and psychiatry.

Christine Rutayisire
Christine Rutayisire began her career in 2005 when she earned an undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Miami. She later obtained a master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. During her 20 years in the field, she has worked in various specialties including psychiatric, emergency, and pediatric healthcare. Christine values cultural diversity and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Rwanda focusing on healthcare infrastructure development and community mental health needs.
Christine is committed to providing clients with a safe, nonjudgmental space to express concerns and address life challenges. As every individual is unique, Christine is dedicated to providing collaborative and patient-tailored care through up-to-date evidence-based practices. She aims to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients while fostering resilience and coping skills, paving the way to a better quality of life.

Sara is a warm, compassionate, and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing high-quality mental health care for individuals across the lifespan. With over 14 years of nursing experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health.
Originally from New York City, Sara has cultivated a broad range of clinical experiences that shape her patient-centered approach. While her primary focus is medication management, she believes in treating the whole person—taking the time to understand each individual’s unique challenges, strengths, and environment. She strives to create a safe and accepting space where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered on their journey to mental wellness.

Rubina Hemani
Rubina Hemani, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse
Practitioner specializing in Adult Psychiatry and Geriatric care. She has 7 years of experience working in psychiatry clinics. She completed her diploma as a Registered Nurse at the Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Florida Southern College and her Postgraduate Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health
Disorder from Wilkes University.
Rubina is well-versed in taking care of Adult Patients with mental and physical illnesses. She uses evidence base practice and is able to assess, examine, diagnose, and write focus treatment plans. She is capable of teaching patients and their families about the disease process and involving them in the plan of care. Her goal is to build a

Nicole Batey
​Nicole is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with a
background in inpatient nursing for mental health and many other areas within the nursing profession. She earned a master’s in nursing from Nova Southeastern University in 2024. Nicole has 20 years of experience in healthcare, providing compassionate, patient-focused, and quality care for her patients.
Nicole enjoys working with patients of all ages, but she has a special interest in working with children suffering from all types of mental disorders. Nicole also has a special interest in psychosis and its causes. She also enjoys learning more about schizophrenia in both children and adults. Nicole is dedicated to helping erase the stigma of mental illness being seen as a weakness in some cultures and not seeing it as a true illness.

Robert earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of Central Florida, and the University of Miami's School of Nursing and Health Sciences. He completed his Masters of Science in Nursing from Florida International University. He has consistently worked with diverse populations throughout his tenure as a nurse, and nurse practitioner. The desire to make meaningful and lasting changes with regards to his patients is his driving force.

Lourdes Santiago
Lourdes Santiago, Psy.D is a postdoctoral psychologist in Florida. Dr. Santiago earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Carlos Albizu University, San Juan Campus, and completed an internship with the Hispanic population at Gandara Mental Health Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. For 11 years she worked as a therapist and licensed psychologist in Delaware and Florida, providing psychological services for adults and the geriatric population with mental health issues, emotional disturbances related to physical health issues, and facilitate behavioral interventions to assist with the management of chronic health issues.
She provides bilingual (English and Spanish) psychological services to adults and geriatric populations. Dr. Santiago is trained in evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) that can help with depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment to trauma, and challenging life transitions. Her approach in therapy is being present with the client and offering strategies they can implement to navigate challenges and celebrate growth in their life.
